Leadership Quest

Leadership has always been critical in the success of every organization. Though it cannot be simplified to five easy steps, or ten rules to live by, it can be measured, planned for, and improved. Lighthouse Institute's team has worked with many current and emerging leaders to effectively help them lead in a myriad of environments, circumstances, and contexts.

Lighthouse Institute's Leadership Quest is a comprehensive program to help individuals develop as leaders through in-depth personal assessments, an intensive three-day experience and individualized follow-up. Leadership Quest participants are exposed to multiple learning opportunities that involve media, lecture, one-on-one and group discussions and activities culminating in a multi-dimensional organizational project. Participants will also be lead through an examination of such foundational issues as World View, the Value of Values, Servant Leadership, High Functioning Teams, Derailment and much more. Participants will discover what it means to be a PHAROS Leader.

The Leadership Quest involves comprehensive self-examination in three areas:

  • - Personality Type Indicator (Meyers Briggs Type Indicator)
  • - Natural Ability Assessment (Highlands Ability Battery)
  • - A Leadership Focused 360-degree Multi-Rater Feedback (Lighthouse Insititue)

The combined information and insight gained from these assessments is truly powerful. Participants will gain a wealth of insight into who they are as a person and how they relate to other personality types. Tests highlight individuals' strength areas to be built upon and reveal areas for improvement.
